A Douglas man says he’ll be prepared for TT weather this year, with an ark in his back garden.

Juan Quanaigue has been building his giant wooden boat for the last five months.

He says despite a relatively dry winter, he’s now almost completely ready for the downfalls in May and June.

However, his plans to call the boat “Titanic” have been scuppered by government because it has two trademarked letter Ts in it.
