A woman’s died after being forced to walk thirty yards across Tesco’s car park.
Val Disaire drove in laps round the car park for an hour, trying to find a space close enough to the store’s main entrance.
However, she was unable to abandon her car in spaces marked for taxis, drop offs, or parents and had to walk for at least 90 seconds to reach the Douglas shopping nirvana.
Her death mirrors that of Ian McChitvit, who died trying to cross the B&Q car park last year.
