Chief Minister Howard Quayle says he wants to change his name after appointing a donkey to a ministerial post.

“Call me Quayligula!” he burbled after signing a decree that will make Pookey the Donkey Minister Without Portfolio.

In a statement, government said Pookey – who’ll have to contribute to his own pension – will get involved with strategic stakeholder inclusion.

Pookey was unavailable for comment.
